Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within 14 days from the delivery date, in accordance with European regulations.

Return Conditions

• Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and returned in the same condition in which they were received.
• All original tags must be attached and, if possible, items should be returned in their original packaging.
• Returns of damaged or used items will not be accepted.
• Certain categories of products (such as personalized or made-to-order items) cannot be returned.

Return Procedure

1. Send a return request to our Customer Service at: boutique@sarabattagliamilano.com, indicating the order number and the items you wish to return.
2. You will receive instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Place the product in its original packaging and include the delivery note or invoice.
4. Ship the package using the courier indicated in our instructions.

Refunds

• Returns are always free of charge.
• Once we have received and verified the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
• The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
