Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery in real time.

Customs and Duties

• For non-EU shipments, any customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
• These costs are not included in the product price or in the shipping fees displayed at checkout.

Failed Delivery

• If the courier is unable to deliver, a new attempt will be made or the package will be held at a collection point.
• In case of failed delivery due to an incorrect address or non-collection, the cost of re-shipping will be charged to the customer.
