Sara Battaglia reimagines the iconic Starbucks green apron through her unmistakable design codes: the Bold Red Collar as a signature identity detail and Plissé Discipline as a refined construction technique. The result is a sculptural yet practical garment — structure, fluidity and precision in a single wearable design object.

Presented during Milan Women’s Fashion Week, February 2026, as part of The Apron Project — Starbucks’ cultural platform inviting Milan’s leading creatives to transform the everyday uniform into a fashion statement.

100% of proceeds will be donated to Dritto Filo, an anti-violence shelter and community center supporting survivors through artisanal training and employment.
